The Folio Builder panel is now in a separate installer, which you should run after updating the tools. The tools are required to begin authoring, creating and previewing .folio files on the desktop or devices. This update is to the Folio Producer tools which include: overlay creator panel, digital publishing plug-in for indesign, content viewer for desktop.
